Updated 4/12/98 WE'RE PREGNANT! Number 2 is on the way! There's a bun in the oven! Well, you get the idea. Beth is due with our second child in late October. We can't wait. Now that we've gotten Charlie and ourselves into a nice routine, we figured it was time to throw our lives into chaos again. Actually, we feel much more prepared this time around. We've got our names all picked out already. If it's a boy we'll name him Henry Christopher. If it's a girl we'll name her Nora Marylou. Either way, we'll be thrilled to be a family of four. What do you think it will be? A boy or a girl? Why not sign our guestbook and let us know what you think. If this is your first visit to our site, then Welcome to Our Place in cyberspace. Since we're not able to visit with our out-of-town friends and family as often as we'd like to, we're hoping that this Website will help us stay in touch and up to date with everyone throughout the year. We update Our Place each month with Charlie's latest photos and other newsworthy family exploits. We hope you'll visit us often. On a sadder note, Chris' Grandmother, Jessica Marie Malone passed away on March 7, 1998. She was 88 and died of natural causes. She'll be missed and thought of often by the Malone family. We welcomed more visitors to Dunwoody this past month. Chrissy Eisenberg and Rene Oliver spent a nice weekend of shopping and manicures with Beth while Chris looked after Charlie. Chris had another European business trip during March, making visits to Madrid, Spain and Dusseldorf, Germany. Madrid is a truly beautiful place that definitely makes the list of places that we must get back to for a longer visit. But that wasn't the only trip in March. We also had a 5 day vacation in Destin, Florida with our friends Brian and Keron Morris, and their two daughters. We all had fun on the beach and Chris even got in a round of golf with Brian. Be sure to check out our spring vacation photos while you're here. Unfortunately, April has gotten off to a rough start in our area. You may have heard about the recent tornadoes that swept through Alabama and Georgia. Well, sure enough, Dunwoody got hit pretty hard. Over 3,000 homes sustained damage just in Dunwoody. We were blessed in that our neighborhood was not touched. Not even the leaves were shaken from our trees. However, Brian and Keron's development (about a mile away) sustained major damage. They were fortunate enough to have only lost trees and a car in the driveway. Their house is completely intact, but the neighborhood is unrecognizable. Well, we're looking forward to having a lot less news next month! Please let us know what is happening with you! |
